On Saturday lunchtime – 25 March 2023 – Thomas Tuchel was officially presented as coach of FC Bayern Munich. Here’s what he had to say.
FC Bayern Munich presented Thomas Tuchel (49) as their new head coach and successor to the suspended Julian Nagelsmann on Saturday.
Tuchel will receive a contract at Bayern until 30 June 2025.

… his new job: “I am convinced that it is an honour and a distinction to be approached by FC Bayern. When you sign a contract, it’s a great honour.
