The video assistant and goal-line technology will be used in the four Bundesliga relegation matches at the beginning of June.

This was announced by the German Football League (DFL) on Whit Monday.

As at European level, the away goals rule will no longer apply. All four matches will kick off at 8.45 pm and will be broadcast by Sky and SAT.1. The matches in the overview:

Bundesliga vs. 2nd Bundesliga:

1 June: VfB Stuttgart – Hamburger SV

5 June: Hamburger SV – VfB Stuttgart

2nd Bundesliga vs. 3rd Liga:

2 June: SV Wehen Wiesbaden – Arminia Bielefeld

6 June: Arminia Bielefeld – SV Wehen Wiesbaden
