Chelsea FC have signed Moises Caicedo for up to 133 million euros. This is a new high for the English Premier League.

Chelsea FC of the English Premier League have completed a player transfer with a staggeringly high transfer fee. Moises Caicedo has signed an eight-year contract with the Londoners.

Chelsea will raise a total of up to €133 million – performance-related payments included – for the 21-year-old midfielder from Ecuador. This transfer fee would be a new Premier League high. Caicedo has so far played for Brighton, and Liverpool FC had also been courting the midfielder.
