Double figures again, crazy internal battle for the top scorer crown

If RWE II maintain their average in the Kreisliga B, they will score 244 goals this season.

Eleven games, eleven wins, all with a goal difference of 96:11. Unless a major soccer miracle happens, Rot-Weiss Essen will be promoted from Kreisliga B1 Essen to Kreisliga A at the end of the season.

That was the plan last year, and this time it will be successfully implemented. Since the first match day, coach Stefan Lorenz’s team has left no doubt as to how serious they are about not letting anything burn this year.

Another double-digit victory was recorded at the weekend. They beat TuRa 1886 Essen 11:0 and were at the heart of the game. The two attackers Emre Kilic and Dominik Milaszewski.

Kilic scored four times on Sunday, Milaszewski twice. The other goals were scored by Sebastian Rosbach (2), Dogan Utus (2) and Abou Touray Toure.

However, it was Kilic and Milaszewski’s goals that were the main focus of attention. The two strikers are in an internal race for the top scorer’s crown. The experienced Milaszewski was ahead for a long time, but now Kilic has overtaken him

The strong balance after eleven games: Kilic scored 30 times, Milaszewski 25 times. This is one of the reasons for the average of 8.73 goals per match so far. If RWE maintain this average, they will have scored 244 goals by the end of the season.

Next weekend (Sunday, November 5, 3 p.m.), however, things could get a little tighter when DJK TuS Essen-Holsterhausen II (fourth in the table) visit RWE.

The only team that can still keep up with RWE is Ballfreunde Bergeborbeck. Ballfreunde won 4:2 at DJK Adler Union Frintrop III.

At the bottom of the table, SG Essen-Schönebeck III suffered the next blow, losing the basement duel against Werden-Heidhausen III 3-2 at home. And that after leading 2:0.

The second basement duel saw more goals. SV Preußen Eiberg II defeated Alemannia Essen II 8:3
