Alemannia Aachen with defeat in test – season ticket boom continues

Alemannia Aachen lost a test match at the training camp in Dessau – against a third division team from last year.

Alemannia Aachen lost the second test match of the summer preparation at Hallescher FC with 1:2

Marius Hauptmann (6th) and Cyrill Akono (28th) put the relegated third division side on the road to victory, Julian Schwermann (88th) could only reduce the deficit for Alemannia.

“We had some problems with the pressure at the start. But that’s completely normal in the first block of preparation, that the boys are tired. The opportunities were still there for us. All in all, it was a good test, but we don’t attach too much importance to it. The important thing now will be to recover well. To do that, we’ll now manage the workload a little in order to get back into a normal routine. We’ll continue against Bochum on Friday,” summarized Aachen coach Heiner Backhaus.

While Backhaus prepares his team for the new season in Saxony-Anhalt, season tickets are selling like hot cakes at home. As of Saturday, July 6, 10.45 p.m., Alemannia Aachen has sold 13,004 season tickets. Marcel Moberz, head of the supervisory board, is aiming for 20,000 season tickets.

The additions to Alemannia Aachen

Meanwhile, Erdal Celik, Technical Director of Alemannia, continues to look around the player market. The signings of Jabez Makanda (FC Berdenia Berbourg, Luxembourg), Bentley Baxter Bahn, Kevin Goden (both Waldhof Mannheim), Charlison Benschop (Wuppertaler SV), Ismail Harnafi (1. FC Düren), Felix Meyer (BFC Dynamo), Soufiane El-Faouzi (Fortuna Düsseldorf II), Gianluca Gaudino (SV Stripfing) and Leandro Putaro (VfL Osnabrück) are not expected to be the last additions.
