Oberliga squad too small! Dzaferoski invites to scouting training

The squad of Westphalian Oberliga club TuS Bövinghausen is still too small. A scouting training session should help

Tues Bövinghausen is still on the lookout for reinforcements. The squad currently comprises 18 players. However, three men will also be out for longer due to injury.

“Yes, there are knee injuries. Unfortunately. We’re also not as happy with some of the lads as we expected. We definitely need more freshness. For the defense, but also for the offense,” explained TuS boss Ajan Dzaferoski.

Next Tuesday (July 16, 6 p.m.), Bövinghausen will once again be inviting players to a trial training session. The Oberliga club has already organized several of these scouting sessions and they have been very successful. Coach Danny Voß and sporting director Dino Dzaferoski were able to fish out some talented players

“We hope that there will be some good boys who are keen to play in the Oberliga and who can also play in this league. So far, there have always been some gems. We’ve already been able to make a few signings,” says Dzaferoski senior, hoping for a lot from the next talent day at TuS Bövinghausen.

TuS Bövinghausen’s first match in the Oberliga Westfalen starts on August 11. TuS will then host ASC 09 Dortmund in the Dortmund derby in Aplerbeck. This is followed by a home game against Eintracht Rheine before heading to Sportfreunde Siegen. Dzaferoski: “The program is tough. But we are looking forward to the new season, in which we want to stay in the league again!”

TuS Bövinghausen has already presented these 13 new external signings for the coming season: Hayrullah Alici (Türkspor Dortmund), Mahrab Khan (Adler Union Frintrop), Amel Bajle (Eintracht Dortmund), Elmar Skrijelj (Westfalia Rhynern), Dimitrios Papadopoulos (TSG Sprockhövel), Pasquale Conti (VfB Frohnhausen), Devin Ugur Rot Weiss Ahlen), Cliff Osa (SV HSMH), Leonardo Twumasi (Rot Weiss Ahlen), Amin Azzofri (SV Brackel), Dominick Wasilewski (TSG Sprockhövel), Julian Geitz (SV Drochtersen Assel) and Kian Licina (VfB Speldorf).
