Second division relegated Arminia Bielefeld continues to find it hard to get along at all in the 3rd division.
The former Bundesliga club suffered a debacle against 1. FC Saarbrücken on Friday evening despite taking the lead, losing 2:6 (1:1), and has only collected eight points after eight games. FCS, on the other hand, found its way into the top flight.
Experienced striker Fabian Klos (41st) scored his first goal of the season for Arminia, scoring with his head. Only two minutes later Richard Neudecker (43.) struck back, the Saarlanders turned up the heat and scored through Luca Kerber (52.), Kai Brünker (68.) and Marcel Gaus (80.).
Aygün Yildirim (82nd) at least managed to score the second Bielefeld goal, Simon Stehle (88th) and Lukas Boeder (90.+3) made the Saarbrück victory perfect.
