Alemannia Aachen coming – Bocholt announces “sold out”

Great euphoria at the Hünting. The next match of 1. FC Bocholt is sold out. A big traditional club is coming this weekend.

There is something of a state of emergency at 1. FC Bocholt. The Münsterland side are performing from week to week and are in first place after 13 matchdays. The team of successful coach Dietmar Hirsch has scored 29 points. This puts 1.FC three points ahead of the competition.

Next Saturday, Alemannia Aachen will visit the Hünting. After a great run under coach Heiner Backhaus, the Kaiserstädter have started a race to catch up and are now only six points behind the targeted 1st place in the table.

Bocholt versus Aachen – first versus sixth: All of this will take place in front of a great crowd on Saturday. As 1. FC Bocholt announced on Tuesday, October 31, all 3276 tickets are sold out. Alemannia Aachen have called up the entire guest contingent.

“We are looking forward to a top match in front of a worthy crowd in the sold-out Stadion am Hünting! We kindly ask you to refrain from telephone and written inquiries regarding Aachen tickets. The match is completely sold out. We would also like to point out that the resale of tickets via online portals such as eBay or classified ads is strictly prohibited for security reasons and that every case will be investigated,” said Bocholt officials.

1st FC Bocholt: Heading south in January – to the Turkey training camp

Alemannia Aachen (H), 1. FC Düren (H), Wuppertaler SV (A), Borussia Mönchengladbach II (H), FC Schalke 04 II (H) and SV Rödinghausen (A): That’s the remaining schedule for 1. FC Bocholt until the end of 2023. Bocholt are currently three points ahead of their Regionalliga West rivals.

And who knows: perhaps Bocholt will also travel to the winter training camp as league leaders.

The club confirmed and officially announced this the day before: The regional league team of 1. FC Bocholt will fly to Turkey in January. Coach Dietmar Hirsch’s team will spend a week there from January 7 to 14, 2024 to prepare for the second half of the season
