Sportfreunde Lotte, relegated from the Regionalliga, are slowly getting into their stride. After a weak start to the season with two defeats, they managed to record their second win in a row at home against TSG Sprockhövel. Max Kremer (33rd) and Fatlum Elezi (39th) had given the hosts the lead before Marcel Weiß (45th) scored the equaliser at the break. In the 82nd minute, substitute Nils da Costa Perreira made the difference before Nao Oriyama scored the final goal in injury time. The visitors remain without a win after their summer shake-up.
Westfalia Rhynern – Victoria Clarholz 4:0
In the top match of Matchday 4, second-placed Westfalia Rhynern welcomed Victoria Clarholz, who had previously been level on points with them. Both teams had a perfect record before this match: three wins from three games. The hosts were able to maintain this series impressively with a 4:0 win. Jan Kleine (2nd) and Patrick Franke (27th) made things clear early on, Gianluca Di Vinti (71st) and Marcel Pietryga (84th) increased the score. Due to the better goal difference, Rhynern even took the lead in the table from the promoted TuS Bövinghausen.
