It’s still a good week away, then the game of the year will be on for 1. FC Bocholt: Rot-Weiss Essen will come to the Niederrheinpokal semi-final.
While Rot-Weiss Oberhausen and Germania 04/19 Ratingen will play the first semi-final in the Niederrheinpokal on Saturday (25 March, 3 pm), the second semi-final match will take place a few days later.
1. FC Bocholt will welcome Rot-Weiss Essen on Tuesday (28 March, 7 p.m., RevierSport live ticker).
It is, of course, the game of the year for the regional league team. Those responsible are expecting a full house at the Hünting. Advance tickets went on sale on Monday, 20 March.
The Bocholt team informs that there will be no online advance booking for this match. 3,576 spectators are admitted to the match. A maximum of three tickets per person can be purchased. For Rot-Weiss Essen fans, 1,100 tickets will be made available for the guest area in Block F. Tickets can only be purchased in advance by Rot-Weiss Essen fans.
Kevin Grund, Bocholt’s player and an RWE legend, was the one who personally handed over the guest contingent at Hafenstraße to RWE ticketing manager Damian Jamro. “I’m really looking forward to the game, of course. It will be cool to meet all the guys, fans and officials again,” said the 35-year-old Grund, who recently played no role in sporting terms for the relegation candidates in the Regionalliga West.
