During the summer break, the German national team will play an international match at FC Schalke 04’s Veltins Arena.

When the professionals of FC Schalke 04 are on their summer break after the end of the season, the ball will still be rolling in the stadium of the Königsblauen.

The German national soccer team will come to Gelsenkirchen in June and play a friendly match in the Veltins Arena. On Tuesday, June 20, the DFB team will face Colombia. The national team was last a guest at Schalke in November 2018.

The arena will also be one of the venues for the European Championship next summer. Three group games and a round of 16 match are scheduled to take place at S04’s home venue.
