Alemannia Aachen continues to go full throttle in squad planning for 2023/2024. The next new man is inbound.
Alemannia Aachen have agreed to work with their next external addition from 1 July, according to forecasting information.
RS has learned that Lukas Scepanik will sign a contract at the Tivoli. The 29-year-old left-footer, who can be deployed both defensively and offensively, played a strong round with 1. FC Kaan-Marienborn, finishing fifth with the Siegerländer, who are now relegated to Kreisliga C. Scepanik played 25 games in the past series (three goals, seven assists).
Born in Cologne, he has also played for the Ruhr clubs Rot-Weiss Essen and MSV Duisburg. Scepanik played 36 times for RWE (four goals, twelve assists) and 53 times for MSV (five goals, six assists).
In total, Scepanik, who trained at 1. FC Köln’s youth development centre, has played 66 matches (5, 6) in the 3. Liga and 120 matches (9, 24) in the Regionalliga West. In the 2023/2024 season, many more Regionalliga games in the jersey of Alemannia Aachen are likely to be added.
After Jan-Luca Rumpf, Sascha Marquet (both Fortuna Köln), Sasa Strujic (TSV Steinbach Haiger), Nils Winter (RWO), Vincent Schaub (SV Rödinghausen), Mika Hanraths (1. FC Bocholt), Bastian Müller (Wuppertaler SV), Marc Brasnic (1. FC Düren) and Robin Afamefuna (RW Koblenz), Scepanik would already be addition number ten for Alemannia.
Meanwhile, Marcel Damaschek (1. FC Düren), Marco Müller (TSV Steinbach), Dino Bajric (SV Rödinghausen), Yannik Bangsow (Eintracht Braunschweig, was on loan), David Sauerland, Dario de Vita, Alexander Heinze, Jannik Mause, Sebastian Schmitt, Tim Korzuschek, Dimitry Imbongo, Lukas Wilton, Pepijn Schlösser, Felix Heim, Jannis Held, Exauce Andzouana (all destination unknown), 16 players have also left the Kaiserstadt.
