Here’s how live coverage will work in the new season

The 2025/26 Regionalliga West season kicks off on Friday. Here’s all the info you need about how to watch the games.

The wait is over, the new Regionalliga West season is just around the corner. It all kicks off on Friday evening when Fortuna Köln visits Wuppertaler SV (July 25, 7 p.m., RS live ticker).

Around 4,000 fans are expected at the Stadion am Zoo for the opening spectacle. More viewers will follow the game on screen. This is because all Regionalliga West matches will be streamed in the 2025/26 season. The streaming platform has held the exclusive rights to Regionalliga broadcasts since the winter, after the West German Football Association (WDFV) terminated its cooperation with its previous partner Sporttotal. Leagues has not adjusted its prices for individual games and continues to charge five euros per stream. New to the offer: fans can now also purchase streaming season tickets for their clubs. Anyone who wants to watch all their favorite club’s home and away games pays 136 euros, or four euros per game. Leagues also offers an away subscription for all away games. The price for this is €76.50. Leagues is a company based in Stuttgart that also holds the broadcasting rights for the Regionalliga Südwest and Oberliga Baden-Württemberg. According to the association, all broadcasts are produced manually from the stadium and commented on live.“With LEAGUES, you can experience the stadium anywhere – live on your smartphone. Share goals and exciting moments directly with the world. For the ‘smartphone generation’, LEAGUES brings fans and clubs together, whether at home or away,” says the company’s website.
