The result is also a statement for the Kreisliga C – and above all the number of goals scored by a midfielder.
It’s difficult to research, maybe a user can tell us – but what Bilal Allouche achieved on Sunday in the Kreisliga C season 2 is record-breaking.
The midfielder with the number ten of Al-Arz Lebanon’s third team scored a whopping 18 (!) goals in the Cedars’ 26:1 win at Wacker Bergeborbeck on Cathostrasse. In the 2nd, 8th, 25th, 26th, 33rd, 39th, 45th, 49th, 56th, 59th, 60th, 62nd, 69th, 75th, 80th, 81st, 86th and 87th minutes, the 29-year-old Allouche was on hand.
“To be honest, I didn’t really notice the number 18. I knew there were a lot of goals, but not that there were exactly 18 goals,” the former ETB Schwarz-Weiß Essen and FC Kray player told Forecasting on Monday.
After 13 matchdays – Al-Arz Lebanon III leads the table with 13 wins, 39 points and 95:11 goals – Allouche is also top of the goalscoring charts. And this statistic had already motivated the Al-Arz goalscorer ahead of the match at former Sascha Mölders club Wacker Bergeborbeck.
Allouche reveals: “I had 21 goals before the game. Ahead of me were Maurice Gursky from Eintracht Borbeck with 26 goals and Mahmoud Ossman from DJK SF Katernberg II with 23 goals. I really wanted to overtake those guys. I managed to do that (laughs).”
Allouche’s season tally now stands at 39 goals. How many more goals does he want to score? Allouche answers: “Preferably 100! But first I’m aiming for the 50 mark.”
Allouche, who once trained with FC Kray’s former regional league team as an U19 player and was on his way to the top, was once put out of action by a knee injury. “That was also the end for me. I was always in pain. Unfortunately. To get to the top in sport, you also need a lot of luck. Unfortunately, I didn’t have that,” he says. Now he’s on the hunt for records and goals in the Kreisliga C.
