Lots of third division experience – this goalkeeper should strengthen the MSV box

MSV Duisburg is continuing to speed up the transfer market. This transfer is not yet perfect, but is said to be close to completion.

MSV Duisburg has announced 13 new signings to date. Three more players are also said to be in the bag, only the official presentations are still missing.

Forcasting reported that defender Franko Uzelac (Alemannia Aachen) has reached an agreement with MSV according to our information. The official confirmation from the club followed on June 15.

Our colleagues at the “NRZ” – read here – reported an agreement with striker Gerrit Wegkamp (Preußen Münster).

And now RS found out that the Zebras also have an experienced goalkeeper on their list in Kevin Kunz. What’s more, talks are said to be close to completion. The 32-year-old Kunz, who spent the last two years at FC Carl Zeiss Jena, would be the counterpart to 20-year-old Maximilian Braune.

Kunz brings a lot of experience with him. The 1.90 meter tall goalkeeper played 117 times in the 3rd division, 77 times in the regional league and also has two second division appearances under his belt. Added to this are games in Austria, when Kunz was in goal for Austria Lustenau.
