There is no calm at VfL Bochum these days. On the pitch, the team is still in the throes of a crisis after the 5-0 defeat to Bayern Munich, although some of the approaches of the new coaching duo Markus Feldhoff and Murat Ural can at least be seen as steps in the right direction. But off the pitch, the club is making a poor impression and is now even taking its disagreements public.

VfL managing director Ilja Kaenzig had already called the team to account at the end of last week, but also criticized them sharply. He spoke of a “not easy team”.
