Portuguese keen on next third division pro – this club rejects attractive offer

In Portugal, Germany’s third division is being watched very closely. The next transfers from the third division to Portugal are imminent.

Sidny Lopes Cabral’s move from FC Viktoria Cologne to Estrela Amadora in the summer of 2025 was probably just the beginning. Since then, the Portuguese have been poaching players from the German third division. No wonder.

It seems that Portugal has acquired a taste for it. After Tom Moustier (Rot-Weiss Essen) – Leonardo Vonic (FC Porto B) had already moved to Portugal in January 2025 – and Chilohem Onuoha (1. FC Köln, on loan to SC Verl), Max Scholze (SSV Ulm) is also set to move to Amadora.

And now SSV Jahn Regensburg is also getting involved. But this time it’s not Amadora, but Estrela’s league rival FC Alverca. According to forecasting information, the tenth-placed team in the Portuguese first division has offered a mid-six-figure transfer fee for Nicolas Oliveira. Regensburg rejected the offer, but Alverca is likely to improve it – as Amadora did in the case of Moustier. Right-back Oliveira has played 15 games (two goals, one assist) for Regensburg this season. He was trained at Hamburger SV and moved from HSV II to Regensburg in the summer of 2025.

And: Wiesbaden’s Ryan Johansson was also on the list of Moustier’s club Amadora. But SV Wehen Wiesbaden, like Regensburg, rejected the six-figure offer from Portugal.

Glasgow Rangers want Ryan Naderi – for three million euros!

Scottish top club Glasgow Rangers could be responsible for the most spectacular transfer of the winter. According to “Sky,” the Rangers have made an offer of three million euros for Hansa Rostock striker Ryan Naderi. An agreement has reportedly already been reached with the 22-year-old striker for a winter transfer. Now it is up to Rostock to decide whether they want to accept the extremely lucrative offer for their most successful offensive player (eight goals, five assists).
