RB Leipzig beat Hertha BSC and climb up the table

RB Leipzig have regained their place in the European Cup places in the Bundesliga.

RB Leipzig has re-established the connection to the European Cup places in the Bundesliga. Coach Marco Rose’s team won 3-2 (3-0) against Hertha BSC on Saturday evening thanks to a strong first half and celebrated their fourth victory in their fifth home match of the season. The goals for the Champions League participants were scored by Emil Forsberg (25th minute), Abdou Diallo (30th) and Willi Orban (45th).

The Berliners, previously unbeaten in five games in a row, came close in the second half with a double strike from Dodi Lukebakio (62nd / handball) and Stevan Jovetic (64th), but the capital club was unable to equalise.
