The 5-0 defeat against Bayern was followed by a 7-2 defeat at Eintracht Frankfurt. The team, captained by Anthony Losilla, did not perform to Bundesliga standards. Interim coach Markus Feldhoff said afterwards that he would take responsibility. He had not managed to get the team into the game in a way that would ensure success. As Sunday progressed, it became increasingly clear that Feldhoff would move back to the second line: Dieter Hecking will take over as coach. On Monday afternoon, the Bundesliga club announced the move.
