Next exclamation mark – top scorer from Regionalliga Südwest arrives

Great upheaval at Alemannia Aachen. Transfer number 14 has once again shown where the team is heading. To the 3rd League.

Alemannia Aachen wants to reach the 3rd League. To this end, the 14th external addition has now been signed. And this one also whets the appetite for the season around the Tivoli.

The 30-year-old Cas Peters, a Dutch attacker who scored 22 goals in 32 games for FSV Frankfurt in the Regionalliga Südwest last season, is moving to the Tivoli.

Peters has also played 29 games in the Eredivisie, the 1st division in the Netherlands. “With Cas, we were able to make another top transfer. He is not only convincing with his footballing qualities, but also fits perfectly into the team. With Marc Brasnic, Sascha Marquet and Cas, we now have a top forward line-up. I am delighted that he has chosen the Alemannia path, even though as the top scorer in the Regionalliga Südwest he certainly had other offers,” Alemannia managing director Sascha Eller commented on the transfer.

In recent days, Rot-Weiss Essen was also rumoured to be interested. However, the player signed in Aachen and said after his signing: “I am very happy to have signed with Alemannia Aachen. The main reason for me to sign with this great traditional club was the trust and the good talks we had with the people in charge. I also believe in the plans the club has and am convinced that we will achieve a lot together. I can’t wait to join the team and will give everything for Alemannia.”
